SmithGroup Again Ranks Among the Nation’s Top Workplaces
Energage and USA Today announced today that SmithGroup has earned a Top Workplaces USA distinction in their 2026 rankings of workplaces across the country. Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures.
Top Workplaces are selected based upon feedback from the company’s employees gathered through an engagement survey conducted by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing employee responses to the survey’s statements about workplace experience that are proven indicators of high performance. More than 42,000 organizations in the United States were invited to participate in the 2025 survey.
The Top Workplaces award program administered by Energage is built on 20 years of culture research and the results from 30 million employees surveyed across more than 80,000 organizations.
