Driven by an early fascination with architecture, Sam brings a thoughtful, problem-solving mindset to healthcare design. "My interest began in a middle school art class focused on architectural perspective," he recalls, a spark that grew into a passion for balancing aesthetics and functionality. "I’m motivated by creating efficiencies that improve care delivery and support both patients and staff," Sam shares. He specializes in comprehensive planning solutions for large-scale healthcare projects, including medical office buildings, surgery centers, and cancer treatment centers. His experience spans national private-sector clients as well as federal projects for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where collaboration and integrated delivery are key. Sam approaches every project with the belief that "trust is earned through ownership, attention to detail, and open communication." Outside of work, he enjoys time at the piano, hands-on landscape projects, and mechanical challenges—"anything that lets me build, fix, and keep learning."
