With more than 30 years of experience guiding complex projects for higher education and research institutions, Kevin spends his days focused on positioning the Dallas office’s Science & Tech Studio for future growth and expansion. Part of his soul, though, seems drawn to the distant past. A self-described "detail-oriented perfectionist," Kevin admires Leonardo Da Vinci as "the original Renaissance Man—an architect, inventor, painter, engineer, mathematician, sculptor, the list goes on," he marvels. The genius of Da Vinci still resonates with Kevin as wise career advice. "Not everyone has the talent to be a lead designer," he once learned. "Get exposure to as many facets of our profession, and be a real Renaissance man." And Kevin put this advice to work in his own on-the-job activities, mentoring younger teammates on what it takes to successfully design, manage and deliver a project.
