As Controller, Bryon works with auditors, handles a variety of routine accounting processes, and prepares various financial reports for the firm’s board of directors—precise, detailed responsibilities that he recognizes serve a bigger role. "Giving the board timely and accurate statements helps them make better financial decisions," he remarks. "And I like working on projects where I get to collaborate with other groups. I find it interesting to learn how others look at accounting information and what they do with it." Bryon’s aptitude for detail no doubt makes him a formidable opponent at the card table, where he enjoys a good game of poker or euchre. It’s a pastime he could easily take on the road someday: Bryon would like to "rent an RV and go out West, making stops in various states, seeing national parks and landmarks."
