Francisco considers himself a “Deep Sea Tinkerer.” “I thrive on new experiences, constantly exploring,” he explains. Professionally, he seeks to channel each project’s goals and values into “one essential idea that creates places sensitive to human experience, integral to its context and inspirational for its communities.” On a more personal level, a legendary outlet for Francisco’s creativity is Burning Man, the annual extravaganza of art installations and performances that comes to life in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert. “I’m a skilled craftsman and love to experiment with wood, metal and plastics,” he remarks. “I’ve found a great deal of passion for creating experiences and attending the festival.”
