As a Senior Principal leading design, Francisco sees Design as a creative, iterative process of discovery. He is skilled in finding the beauty in complex systems and transforming them into inspiring places centered around human experience and well-being. His work has crossed many types including, science & technology, health, workplace and higher education and is unified through the pursuit of an ambitious vision and rigorous detail.  On a more personal level, a legendary outlet for Francisco’s creativity is Burning Man, the annual extravaganza of art installations and performances that comes to life in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert. “I’m a skilled craftsman and love to experiment with wood, metal and plastics,” he remarks. “I’ve found a great deal of passion for creating experiences and attending the festival.”
