Herndon Pinnacle Office Complex Featured in The Fresno Bee

The building features 22,500-square-foot floors and flexible layouts for single or multiple tenants.

Designed by SmithGroup, the complex showcases a curved roof overhang that enhances energy efficiency by maximizing natural light and reducing solar heat gain, reflecting our commitment to sustainable, high-performance design.
