Brad Schlesinger

Brad is a healthcare focused project manager who brings a people‑centered mindset to every project he leads. “I’ve always loved building things and figuring out how they work.” That early curiosity, first sparked by childhood Lego creations and later shaped through drafting, naturally grew into a career where technical skill meets genuine human connection. Over time, Brad discovered his strength in project management, blending technical understanding with a commitment to mentorship and team development. He believes empathy is essential for building lasting relationships and high‑performing teams. “It’s always been about the people,” Brad says, both in how projects are delivered and how professionals grow. One of his proudest moments was leading a cancer center project, where he saw firsthand how thoughtful design can meaningfully impact patients’ lives. Outside of work, Brad enjoys skiing, spending time in the mountains, traveling internationally, and, most recently, learning to fly, embracing the challenge of mastering something new.
