Kimberly embraces her role as point person. “I strive to keep communication simple for our clients, encouraging them to see me as the single point of contact for a project,” she says. She recognizes the vital role of communication within SmithGroup as well. She enjoys connecting with other project managers through the firm-wide Project Management Committee, and within the LA office, “I invest in staff and try to create an environment where people feel valued and respected.” When she’s ready for a little solo time, Kimberly enjoys saddling up for a horseback ride in the nearby Sierras. "I’d go to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and study Spanish in an immersive language program.”
