Stephanie Sweet

Inspired by a lifelong love of building and design, Stephanie brings empathy, creativity, and thoughtful problem solving to her work. "I was always building, whether with LEGOs or designing houses in The Sims," she recalls. These interests were reinforced by favorite high school classes like geometry and fashion design. When it comes to her professional focus, it centers on identifying unique client challenges and delivering innovative, functional solutions. "The environments we create serve many purposes at once," she says. “Supporting care providers, healing patients, and educating students.” Shaped by firsthand experiences as both a patient and a caregiver, she brings a deep sensitivity to healthcare and higher education projects, where trust and transparency are essential. "Sometimes that means understanding what happens behind the scenes, especially gaining an understanding of a typical day for faculty, students, and patients," she notes. Outside of work she finds balance through yoga and gardening and also enjoys traveling with her husband.
